  • My child and I are new to gymnastics, what level do I join?
    • Ages 12 months to 5 years, begin in our preschool program and are separated by age.
      • 12 months to 3 years-Mini Tykes
      • 3 years-Rising Stars
      • 4-5 years-Shining Stars
      • Shooting Stars
        • Invitation Only
    • Ages 6+, begin in our recreational program and are separated by level. 
      • Beginner-Level 1
        • No prior gymnastics experience.
      • Intermediate-Level 2
        • Some gymnastics experience. Understands basic movements, body positions and terminology.
      • Advanced-Level 3
        • Experienced gymnast with advanced skill set.
      • Developmental or Pre-Team
        • Invitation Only
  • Does Stars charge a Registration Fee?
    • Yes, there is an annual registration fee that is due upon registration as well as every August (the beginning of the new semester).
  • When is tuition due?
    • Tuition is due at the start of each session or upon registration.
  • Do you have auto-pay?
    • We offer auto-pay at your request. 
    • You must fill-out and sign the auto-pay form.
    • Auto-pay clients will be charged 1 week before the start of the next session.
  • If I enroll in the middle of the month, will my tuition be pro-rated?
    • Yes, you will only be charged for the number of class you are attending
  • If I enroll more than one child, do I get a discount?
    • Yes, we offer multi-sibling discounts and multi-class discounts.
  • What are the refund and account credit policies? 
    • All fees and tuitions are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a situation arises, only account credit will be issued.
  • Do you have open enrollment?
    • Yes,  we are a year-round program and you can enroll at anytime.
  • How do I become a member or enroll in a trial class?
    • To register you can call, come by in person or create an account online.
  • How do I know when my child is ready to promote to the next level?
    • The class instructors will notify you when your child is being promoted.
  • What does my child wear to class?
    • Class is attire is as follows:
      • Girls Gymnastics Classes- Leotards must be worn to class, bare feet and a pony tail. No dangling jewelry is permitted.
      • Boys Gymnastics Classes- Elastic waist band shorts and tucked in T-shirt. No jeans, buttons, zippers or snaps. No dangling jewelry is permitted. If hair is long enough, must be pulled back in a pony tail.
  • What is your make-up policy?
    • For every absence, we offer a make-up class. The class must be missed before a make-up can be scheduled.
    • If Stars cancels classes, we will offer a make-up. 
    • Only holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, Good Friday and Thanksgiving will be offered a make-up. All other holidays are not considered in the tuition cost.
  • What is your drop policy?
    • If you are on auto-pay, a TWO WEEK NOTICE is required.
    • If you pay by session, there is not a required notice as re-enrollment is required for each session.
  • Do you offer private lessons?
    • Yes, we offer private lessons. Prices, fees and schedules vary based on the selected coach. Please call us at 713-464-1996 to inquire.
