PARENT & ME
Our experienced coaching staff provides close supervision of all the activities. We start with a musical warm-up. Then the coaches will teach age appropriate gymnastics in the pre-school area . Forty minutes into the party, we break for cake and refreshments in our party area. Parent participation is required. This party is an hour, but 30 additional minutes may be added for a fee of $50.
AGES 4 & UP
Our experienced coaching staff provides close supervision of all activities. We start with a warm-up, then divide into groups of 6-10 children, based on age. The children then rotate throughout the different rotations (trampoline, obstacle course, tumble track, rope, pit, etc.) with instruction from the coaches. One hour into the party, we break for cake and refreshments in our party area. This party is an hour and a half.
